Dr. Carlos Blair

Dr. Blair brings over 25 years of experience in education, driven by a strong passion for helping students, families, and teachers thrive. As the Principal of Western Hills University High School, Dr. Blair focuses on creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment where every student has the opportunity to excel. 

Throughout his career, Dr. Blair has led initiatives to enhance academic achievement, support student wellness, and strengthen school-community partnerships. Under his leadership, the school has expanded mental health services, implemented research-based curricula, and supported a school-based health clinic to address the needs of the whole child.

Dr. Blair believes in collaborating closely with teachers, families, and community members to ensure that every student feels seen, heard, and supported. He holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and a Superintendent License from Miami University and actively serves on several district committees dedicated to student support. 

Dr. Blair takes pride in leading Western Hills and is committed to ensuring it remains a place where students love to learn and grow.
