Principal Dr. Carlos Blair

Dr. Carlos Blair, a Cincinnati native, has devoted twenty-four years to serving students and families as an educator. He served in various capacities, such as a teacher, athletic coach, mentor, and school administrator. His commitment to education is further evidenced by his involvement in several district committees, including the Educational Initiatives Panel, The Cincinnati Association of Administrators and Supervisors (CAAS) executive board, the Administrative Issues Board (AIB), and the contract negotiations committee.

Carlos has been recognized for his exceptional leadership in enhancing his students' graduation rates and elevating the academic performance of English Language Learners. He has worked tirelessly to forge positive relationships with community agencies to provide students with mental health support, mentoring, food and clothing, and housing. 

He completed his undergraduate studies at Central State University and furthered his education at Miami University (OH), where he earned his Master's and doctoral degrees.

Carlos is a dedicated professional, a loving husband, and a proud father of three children.
